Directors’ Profile

Khawaja Kaleem has served as an executive director on the Board of the Company for more than four decades, with diversified experience in various business and industry sectors including Textile Spinning, Cement and Fiber industries. He is energetically involved in the implementation of the company policies and monitors the performance of all group companies.

He has more than 35 years’ diversified experience in business and industry, especially fiber and Textile Spinning. He has led the company in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer since 2004 and is an executive director of the company.

He serves as a non-executive director on the Board of the Company. He has rich business and industry experience, especially in the cement, fiber and textile industries, and is also a renowned participant in many social and welfare activities. He is a member of the HR & Remuneration Committee of the board of the company.

Mr. Naveed graduated from a reputed institution in the USA. He has vast business experience of more than 25 years in the Fibers, Textile Spinning, Cement and banking sectors. He is a member of the Audit Committee of the board and is also Chief Executive Officer and executive director of Kohinoor Spinning Limited (a sister concern of the company).

Mst. Munaza Kaleem has vast experience of human resource and payroll management. As a non-executive director of the Company, she is a member of the HR & Remuneration Committee of the board.

Sheikh Maqbool Ahmed has been an independent director of the Company since 2019 and brings over 40 years of diversified expertise in the textile and cement industry. He has strong administration and management expertise, and his significant endeavor towards the implementation and enhancement of system controls is praiseworthy.

Mr. Abbas Ali has been in the textile business for the last 30 years and has versatile experience in the field of accounts & finance, taxation and corporate matters. His appointment on the board of directors would be highly valuable towards the achievement of organizational goals.

Miss Soha Kaleem is a law graduate of Lahore School of Commerce, with extensive experience of corporate issues including mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, listing & de-listing of companies, corporate governance, winding-up, raising of capital, organizational due diligence, dispute resolution and business sustainability. Her appointment on the board would prove to be cutting edge towards the achievement of organizational goals.
